Getting off of Bad Habits
Getting off of bad habits are hard but not impossible. Anything
is possible in this world. Here are some habits listed down here that are very
common habits
1.
Finger
Chewing
2.
Nose
Picking
3.
Smoking
4.
Picking at
yourself
5.
Itches
6.
Temptation
All of those and there may be more are bad habits. To get off of
bad habits, you need to get out of the area it came from. For example if someone
is smoking and you want to be their friend, then don’t smoke. Just stay away
from them for a little while. I mean seeing people smoke sometimes is
persuasive. Also temptation is a bad habit. If you are tempted to do something
bad, just stay away from the environment that it’s in. As in if it is in your
room, take it out but if it is too big or heavy maybe put posters over it or
put a blanket over it. Otherwise you would have to sleep somewhere else for a
while. Try to stay away from it as much as you can. Don’t think about it, talk
about it, or interact about it in any way because it starts tempting you more
if you do. These temptations are common so don’t think you’re the only one
doing it. If you bite your fingers whether you’re nervous or not, just don’t
think about biting your nails and if you can’t not think about it than put your
hands behind your back so you don’t get TEMPTED to. It’s the best thing to do.
If you pick your nose than like I said don’t think about it or just put your
fingers away from your nose maybe behind your back. If you pick your nose it
might just be a sign that you need a tissue so just go and get one so it
wouldn’t be a problem again. If you have to really itch a rash or something than
don’t think about it. Just move a little so it wouldn’t bother you as much. I
have seen people picking at scabs and picking at their selves before. As I said
don’t think about it. Scabs will get worse if you do. If you can’t stop you
should probably see a doctor about it. Also about itches. Basically any bad
habit you might have you shouldn’t think about it. It’s the best thing to do.
