I apologize for the long wait in sports. I have been very busy. Anyways,
If you are new at sports or just want to play a sport because you are very bored, there are still ways you can be really good at sports. This goes to every sport there is out there. First is to practice. You want to practice for as much time as about probably 45 minutes to an hour. If you hate practicing and you think it is really boring, bring an iPod, iPhone, or anything that can play music, ear plugs, and listen to the music while you are practicing. If you just need to excercize, I suggest you go on the treadmill with you're mobil device and maybe put on a show you really like or listen to music on the mobil device. It works a lot. Anyways, I will add more later. I am sorry. I have to do other events.
