Losing Weight
Is cutting off fattening foods not working? No problem! I have another cure that might just work. You could go to the gym with a friend or by
yourself on a treadmill listening to music but if that doesn’t work because you get to bored, Why not just join a fun sport you feel comfortable in. Like
lacrosse, basketball, soccer, and there’s many more! Also maybe get a wii or something to play Just Dance or
something else like Wii Fit. Just want you to know I have tried that wii thing and it works. If you feel a little cramp in your stomach from working out to
hard on dancing or something than that’s a good thing! Always drink water every once in a while. Maybe after you eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and
especially lunch, check your weight and make sure you’re at the right spot. Losing weight may be hard but what I do know is, it’s not impossible. Just try
hard and believe you can do it because otherwise, you’re going to have no fun.
